Q：Where do your teas come from?

A:Our tea mainly comes from Sichuan, China.
We have our own tea gardens and also have long-term cooperation with 3 - 4 tea farmers in the surrounding area.
For the green and jasmine teas in the shop we rely on our own tea production, for the jasmine we buy from flower farmers in Sichuan and Guangxi, for the osmanthus we buy from our own osmanthus nursery and for the roses we buy from flower farmers in Yunnan.
Our black teas are only available in Autumn Red and Evening, and Yunnan black teas come from tea factories in Yunnan.
For each type of tea, we make a note of the provenance so that you can rest assured that you are drinking real, quality farmhouse tea.
Q: Is there any artificial flavouring in jasmine tea?
A:We can assure you that our jasmine tea, even the cheapest jasmine tea, does not use flavours. The reason for this is that our main market is in Sichuan tea houses.
With hundreds of years of history of widespread consumption of jasmine tea by the masses in Sichuan, it is fair to say that jasmine tea has been around since there was no jasmine flavouring, a taste that has been passed down from generation to generation, and the tea drinker's tongue is the best quality testing machine.
The current artificial jasmine flavouring has an inferior aroma and is simply impossible to make tea with, and its fragrance is different from the natural floral scent of jasmine flowers.

Q: How soon to ship after purchase?
A:Green tea and jasmine tea are shipped within 3 days and other teas are shipped within 7 days after we receive payment.
If the shipment is delayed because of us, you can cancel the order, if you don't, we will send another small gift to compensate for our mistake when we ship.
Q: How do I save my tea?
A: Our teas are not pu-erh, but mainly green, jasmine and black teas, so they all have an appreciation period, two years for green and jasmine teas and three years for black teas.
Please buy in small quantities first and gradually determine your tea drinking volume before increasing your order.

Q: I am not satisfied with the product after purchase, can I return it?
A: All can be returned except for samples.
We strongly recommend that you purchase a variety of samples to taste before determining which tea you need to purchase.
